The Department

The Partnership Activation Department bring these partnerships to life ensuring each partner receives maximum value from their sponsorship. A key focus is ensuring partners contractual rights are delivered whilst also looking to deliver innovative and groundbreaking activations which move the department to a more a creative marketing led team.
The Role
We have some exciting opportunities for Partnership Activation Executives to join the team. You will support the delivery of operational requirements for some of the Club’s key partners which is vital to bringing the partnership to life and take the lead on some of the accounts, under guidance of the Senior Partnership Account Manager.. You will also support partner ticketing and hospitality requirements, liaising with the relevant departments to ensure all partnership requirements are met.
You will support the Department in developing a series of events over the course of the season including Partner Summit, Play on the Pitch, and Golf Days. You will also be responsible for supporting the wider department with administration including raising POs, courier orders, delivery of partners’ player content days and shirt signing sessions throughout the season.

The Person
You will need to have proven experience in an events management, entertainment, hospitality and/or partnership activation role and able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects whilst being organised and proactive with a keen eye for attention to detail. You must also have strong verbal and written communication skills which are clear and concise to internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to be able to work flexibly as the club requires, which will include all Men’s First Team home matches. You will also need to have a UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle with the ability to travel between our Club sites; Villa Park, London Office and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.
