Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Position Summary

Bay FC is seeking a Manager, Ticketing (Group Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales leader with a passion for creating memorable fan experiences and building meaningful relationships within the community. This role is responsible for generating revenue through group ticket sales, developing new business opportunities, and leading strategic initiatives that expand Bay FC's presence throughout the Bay Area.

The Manager, Ticketing (Group Sales) will play a key role in driving attendance, cultivating community partnerships, and creating opportunities for organizations, schools, youth sports teams, and corporate partners to experience Bay FC matches. This individual will lead by example, fostering a service-oriented and performance-driven sales culture that reflects Bay FC's commitment to inclusion, innovation, and excellence.

Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy

  • Drive revenue through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and execution of group sales initiatives across youth sports organizations, schools, community groups, corporate partners, and affinity-based audiences.
  • Lead group sales strategy and contribute to department-wide revenue goals, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell group clients into premium seating, hospitality experiences, and long-term partnerships.
  • Forecast group sales revenue and track performance metrics to support departmental planning and decision-making.

Client & Community Relationship Management

  • Adopt a mindset of "unreasonable hospitality" to deliver exceptional and personalized experiences for group leaders and fans attending Bay FC matches.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with group organizers, community leaders, and corporate clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term engagement.
  • Develop and execute creative group sales programs, theme nights, and affinity events designed to connect Bay FC with the diverse communities of the Bay Area.
  • Represent Bay FC at community events, networking functions, and industry events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Group Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Lead by example in prospecting activity, sales execution, and client service standards.

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales performance within CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Forecast group sales revenue and track performance metrics to support departmental planning and decision-making.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in all client and internal communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Game Day

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, community relations, and game presentation teams to support group programming and fan experience initiatives.
  • Support game day execution of group experiences, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–6 years of ticket sales, group sales, or sports sales experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership, mentorship, or informal management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Experience working with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR, or similar systems preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business.
  • Passion for women's soccer and understanding of the NWSL landscape a plus.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as needed.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary for this role starts at $70,000, with an opportunity for variable compensation. Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
