The Role
The Revenue Operations Coordinator will provide critical operational and administrative support to the revenue team, ensuring efficiency and alignment across ticketing, sponsorships, partnerships, and corporate sales. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to support a fast-paced revenue organization in achieving ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, expense tracking, and document organization for the revenue team.
- Operational Support: Assist the revenue operations team with day-to-day tasks and workflows to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Sales Enablement: Coordinate sales collateral, proposals, and presentations to ensure the revenue team is equipped with up-to-date tools and resources.
- Contract & File Management: Maintain accurate records of agreements, renewals, and client information to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Process Improvement: Support the documentation and standardization of workflows and operating procedures.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with revenue, finance, marketing, operations, and external affairs teams to align efforts and share information.
- Event & Activation Support: Provide logistical and administrative support for revenue-related events, sponsorship activations, and client experiences.
- General Team Support: Troubleshoot issues and support ad hoc projects to help the revenue team achieve its goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination (sports/entertainment industry experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general comfort with digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and building a strong community presence.
