Nature of Work:
Denver Summit FC is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute targeted marketing programs that engage fans at every stage of their journey, from discovery and ticket purchase to ongoing community involvement and brand advocacy. Leveraging marketing automation tools and fan data insights, this role will analyze consumer behavior and implement orchestrated, multi-channel campaigns (like email, in-app or push) to deliver personalized communications that grow and sustain our passionate fanbase. This role will also manage one direct report, a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and support to help drive the team’s success.

This role will also manage one direct report, a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and support to help drive the team’s success.
Examples of work performed:
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to drive fan acquisition, retention and reactivation across multiple channels (email, SMS, app notifications, etc)
- Drive recommendations for audience targeting strategy and measurement
- Manage and optimize the team’s CRM system and marketing automation platforms to deliver segmented, personalized fan communications
- Responsible for list health, hygiene and digital marketing best practices, including unsubscribe and CAN-SPAM compliance and accessibility measures
- Collaborate with ticket sales, digital content, and community engagement teams to align marketing campaigns with broader organizational goals
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and fan data to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and timing for maximum impact
- Lead the creation of fan journey maps and audience personas to guide strategic marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with creative and external vendors to produce compelling campaign assets and promotional materials

Qualifications:
Minimum
Minimum
- BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field
- High School or GED
- 4+ years’ experience in Lifecycle Marketing or related field
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
Preferred
- Experience in a sports organization
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven track record of driving fan or customer engagement through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with consumer engagement platforms (e.g. Braze, Iterable or similar)
- Demonstrated expertise in compliance and regulatory best practices across all stages of the customer lifecycle, including data privacy, consent management and communication governance.
- Deep knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and marketing performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments
Compensation:
- Base salary range $65K-$75K per annum
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
