Nature of Work:
The Supporter Relations Coordinator will ensure a high touch fan experience for Denver Summit FC Supporter Groups. The coordinator will support strategic goals through Supporter Group growth, relationship management, and revenue generation. This position will maintain relations with Denver Summit FC Supporters for matchday and non-matchday activities, city-wide marketing, ticketing, and Supporter recruitment, while also serving as the liaison for all group supporters of the team.

The Supporter Relations Coordinator will ensure a high touch fan experience for Denver Summit FC Supporter Groups. The coordinator will support strategic goals through Supporter Group growth, relationship management, and revenue generation. This position will maintain relations with Denver Summit FC Supporters for matchday and non-matchday activities, city-wide marketing, ticketing, and Supporter recruitment, while also serving as the liaison for all group supporters of the team.
Examples of work performed:
- Oversee Club's Supporter Group relations, supporting ongoing season relationship and gameday needs to develop best in class Supporter Group experience
- Lead scheduling, relationship, and handle all communication between the Club and Supporters including ticketing, matchday presentation, tailgating, safety, security, community initiatives and general feedback.
- Plan and execute initiatives to increase growth of Supporters Groups, and support over club goals in revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the Community Impact and Marketing teams on supporter events, watch parties, and community activations.
- Establish procedures, templates, and resources to provide excellent customer service across the club such as stadium FAQs, information guides, and updating supporter-related information on the club website.
- Lead ideation and collaboration with Supporters around in-game atmosphere, including tifo, rigging system, drums, flags & equipment, safe standing section, supporter-specific bars/concessions, integration of fan rituals into matchday presentation, etc.
- Plan and execute any club-related, Supporter-specific events (i.e. open practice, Coach/player meet & greet, etc) and coordinate supporters’ participation in other club events
- Liaise with away team supporters for visiting supporters as well as supporters away travel where applicable
- Attend and provide any necessary support to all Supporter events and functions throughout the year
- Handle Supporter Engagement budget, meetings, FAQ’s, invoice/expense processing, shipping, and other responsibilities.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- Typical Office Conditions
- May require lifting 50 lbs. for event set up, breakdown, and storage
- Work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the NWSL schedule and club events.
Qualifications:
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in community relations, supporter services, fan engagement, or other related fields (sports/entertainment preferred)
- A commitment to equity, inclusion, and social impact
- Deep understanding of building and developing fandom and what drives supporters
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant asset.
- Experience in a sports organization.

Compensation:
- Base hourly range $23-$25 per hour
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
