Main Duties:

AI Strategy

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to carve out an ambitious and value led AI roadmap that doesn’t just align with current strategy but accelerates it
  • Hunt down inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and untapped potential where AI and automation can cut cost, accelerate company performance, or unlock new capability
  • Ruthless prioritisation focussing only on what makes the difference

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Own AI project delivery end-to-end, from initial discovery through to results
  • Build and drive rigorous project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and resources, keeping everything moving at pace and removing obstacles fast
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence and clarity
  • Stay ahead of risk, dependency, and scope creep with relentless focus on outcomes and end results

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Be the go-to authority for AI transformation updates, insights, and decisions
  • Translate technical complexity into sharp, accessible narrative that earns buy in from stakeholders
  • Run workshops, demos, and training sessions that drives engagement, enthusiasm and energy in adopters, teams and stakeholders

Change Management & Adoption

  • Shape the organisation’s readiness in terms of process and capability to help the organisation embrace AI and not fear it. Partner with People and Culture teams and change experts to create an AI culture
  • Build practical communication and training plans that drive real adoption and meets the organisation where it’s at
  • Track adoption metrics in detail and intervene early when behaviours need shifting.

Governance, Ethics & Compliance

  • Ensure every AI initiative operates within the right guardrails and is ethical, secure, and compliant.
  • Partner with data governance and security teams to ensure we innovate responsibly.

Performance Measurement

  • Define the metrics and measures that matter, measure what counts, and report demonstrable out-comes
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimise, scale, and strengthen impact

Qualifications and Experience Level:

  • Strong track record delivering complex, cross functional technology or transformation pro-grammes.
  • Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, automation, and data driven technologies. You don’t need to code, but you do need to speak the language.
  • Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders across all levels with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
  • Experience driving change and embedding new technology in fast moving environments.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping energy, pace, or focus.
