Heritage Car Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Heritage Programme Coordinator to take full ownership of a bespoke heritage car programme, delivering it from initial design and planning through to build, delivery, and on‑track operation.
This is a uniquely exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our Heritage team, coordinating across senior leadership, design, workshop, parts supply and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exacting technical and quality standards expected of the Williams brand.
Alongside end‑to‑end programme delivery, you will plan, prepare, and manage the running of our bespoke heritage cars at events, ensuring professional execution and an exceptional customer experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver the full lifecycle of heritage car projects, working closely with all Heritage departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Heritage Management, Design, Workshop, Parts Supply, and customers.
- Define scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful programme completion.
- Lead regular programme review meetings to maintain alignment and drive progress.
- Monitor programme costs, forecast expenditure, and ensure delivery within agreed budgets.
- Proactively identify risks, anticipate issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Support parts procurement and availability to meet build and operational demands.
Event & On‑Track Operations
- Work with customers to plan test days, demonstrations, and event participation.
- Manage on‑track operations, ensuring safe, professional, and seamless running of heritage vehicles.
- Uphold premium standards of customer experience at all events.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance programme delivery, internal processes, and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and support the upkeep of exceptional departmental presentation.

- Maintain an understanding of cost cap rules and requirements.

- Proven experience delivering complex motorsport projects or programmes.
- Strong understanding of Operations, Car Assembly, Parts, and Inventory processes.
- Experience of working with procurement functions and understanding the impact of parts supply on programme delivery.
