Job Title: Matchhday Box Office Assistant
Department: Ticket Operations – Box Office
Position Type: Part-Time, Event-Day Only
Reporting to: Manager of Ticket Operations

Job Summary:
Sporting Jax is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Matchday Box Office team as Ticket Operations Representatives for our USL Super League and Championship seasons. This role is critical in providing a high-quality ticketing experience for all guests at Sporting Jax events held at Hodges Stadium.

Job Duties:
· Assist in matchday ticket transactions booking through SeatGeek ticketing platform
· Troubleshoot ticket issues and provide timely solutions
· Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
· Must be able to communicate clearly, persuasively, and positively in a fast-paced environment and remain professional with all guest of Sporting Jax and Hodges Stadium.
· Be open to and available for training on systems and protocols

Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proven organization skills and attention to detail.
· Basic computer skills.
· Strong customer service skills preferred.
· Experience with ticketing platforms (Provenue, Ticketmaster / Archtics / TM1 or SeatGeek) is a plus, but not required.
· Must possess a willingness to learn.

Note: This is a part-time, event-day-only, position without benefits and with required attendance for each scheduled event.

Location: Hodges Stadium, University of North Florida with matches scheduled for Saturdays, Sundays and some midweek.
Full training will be provided.
