THE OPPORTUNITY
The Manager, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of LPGA corporate partnerships, this role focuses on delivering against partner objectives, leading renewals, and driving long-term relationship value. The position oversees end-to-end sponsorship fulfillment across tournaments, events, and media platforms, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution. Key responsibilities include financial oversight, performance tracking, partner reporting, and supporting contract processes, all while maintaining a high standard of partner satisfaction and contributing to overall revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage corporate partner relationships with LPGA partners to onboard new partners, achieve objectives, and grow and expand relationships taking the lead on renewals
- Effectively manage sponsor benefit fulfillment –at tournaments & events (pro am/player experiences, signage, hospitality) and through media assets (digital, television, social media & content creation)
- Work internally with all applicable departments within the LPGA (Legal, Marketing, TBA, Communications, etc.) to ensure collective and collaborative approach is taken when dealing with partner needs to ensure seamless implementation
- Work cooperatively with the LPGA global business development team to ensure smooth transition of contracted sales to partnerships team for fulfillment
- Oversee Partner P&L’s for accurate financial tracking/reporting of revenues and expenses
- Track daily activity in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate records of client interaction, contact information, sponsorship activation, renewals process, etc.
- Collaborate with Business Insights team on partner recaps and assist by providing data for Partner Recaps. Track and collect data for recaps highlighting LPGA’s success in meeting partnership obligations
- Assist in the preparation of the contract process from the conclusion of process to final contract execution on partner renewals and new agreements
- Deliver annual revenue growth and sponsor satisfaction objectives for assigned partner accounts
- Maintain awareness of all assigned ongoing projects and provide regular/consistent status updates of such to team members
- Handle other special projects and assignments as directed
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree required, emphasis in Business, Marketing, Sports Marketing, or Sales preferred
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sponsor servicing and/or sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of PC-based word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail applications, etc. (Microsoft family)
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills are a must
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, mobile environment, including some overnight travel
