• Lead the charge on large-scale brand activations, from planning to flawless on-site execution. - Partner across teams to bring big ideas to life—on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations. - Build and manage trusted vendor partnerships across AV, staging, fabrication, graphics, and tech. - Own project budgets of $100K+, ensuring every dollar drives impact and excellence. - Craft airtight production schedules and run-of-shows that keep every detail on track. - Champion collaboration, inspire teams, and deliver experiences that leave a lasting mark.
