The NYGL Events General Manager will oversee the planning and execution of all home games, watch parties, and other events. This person will ensure that every aspect of game-day operations runs smoothly and will provide an exceptional experience for fans. The Events GM will also manage relationships with production companies and oversee the sourcing and management of volunteers. NYGL is seeking a person who is team-oriented, collaborative, and culturally aligned with the NYGL team's mission.Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize NYGL home games- Lead fan and community engagement initiatives- Source and manage volunteers- Coordinate with production partners- Execute watch parties and other eventsWho We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who enjoys event planning, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings creativity to enhancing the fan experience.Preferred Qualifications:- Spanish speaking- Knowledge of PUL rules and regulations- Experience in sports managementCompensation: $750 (March–June); approx. 10 hours/week
