Who We’re Looking For
An experienced Brand Management Lead who loves training culture and innovation. You
combine consumer obsession with creative excellence and operational rigor. You thrive in a
global matrix, influencing across levels and geographies, and you’re proactive, collaborative, and
curious.
What You’ll Work On
If this is you, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Orchestrating the global marketing offense for Nike Training—aligning strategy, storytelling, and seasonal execution across Geos.
- Obsessing training culture with a focus on those who train for sport and train as their sport.
- Understanding the training consumer deeply—their motivations, passions, and cultural
- connections—to inspire aspirational storytelling and concepts.
- Partnering with a cross-functional marketing team to deliver world-class storytelling and consumer journeys that take the brand and athlete somewhere new.
- Delivering seasonal marketing campaigns that position Nike as the authority in Training.
- Demonstrate operational excellence by owning and driving assigned work streams, managing budgets, ensuring clear team communications, and maintaining process discipline and workflow efficiency.
- Partnering with Sports Marketing to integrate Nike Trainers and elite athletes into seasonal campaigns and priority moments.
- Collaborating with a highly capable, diverse, and world-class, multi-disciplinary marketing team.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report to the Sr. Director, Global Brand Management, Nike Training and work closely
with Global and Geo Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Business Teams to ensure the
global Training strategy and resources serve both brand and business.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or related fields with a deep understanding of the training ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Experience working with talent and high-profile athletes.
- Passion for training culture and knowledge of innovation, trends, and ideas shaping modern training, fitness, wellness, and health.
- Ability to balance creativity with operational discipline in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and levels.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
