JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement of marketing plans, including deep-dive consumer insights, lead agency to develop campaigns, co-ordinate with sales and all marketing functions to deliver brand inspiration and achieve business goals
- Ensure local brand strategies aligned with Global/GC direction & priorities; identify & manage assets to story-tell brand inspiration & innovation (mainly support on basketball & Jordan brand)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create authentic brand experiences to inspire local consumers
- Drive and manage agency including the aspects of creative, production, event, digital, etc.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree above, minimum 5 years of work experience in Marketing or related experience in brand communication/product management/event execution/O2O consumer journey planning
- Solid experience in working with cross functional teams and leading cross functional projects
- Excellent time/project management skills with positive working morale
- A strong focus on results & details
- Team player, sports lover & brand advocator
