WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting directly to the Director, Digital Marketing based in Tokyo, Japan, this role leads the Brand Digital Marketing team and is responsible for the talent growth and development. This role collaborates with the Japan marketing team and Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) marketing team on key brand initiatives, while working closely with Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) team to drive demand and elevate consumer experiences.

This role leads a team of brand digital marketers and drive strategic thinking across multiple digital channels. The focus is on elevating brand priorities, delivering measurable commercial impact, and building long term consumer loyalty.
This role will oversee two direct reports. One focusing primarily on Running & Training digital brand marketing. Another leading Sportswear digital brand marketing, while also supporting Kids, Basketball, Global Football, Tennis, and Golf as secondary categories depending on key initiatives and seasonal priorities.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing or related experience in marketing with a passion for digital marketing and brand storytelling across owned digital eco-system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a closely related field.
- Team leadership experience managing a minimum of one direct reports.
- Hands-on expertise on marketing analytics, deriving useful insights and applying findings.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Japanese) including meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a part of Digital Marketing team, you’ll lead the development and execution of annual and seasonal digital marketing strategies Nike's owned channels - including Nike.com, Nike App, Targeted Comms, Nike Running Club (NRC)/ Nike Training Club (NTC) Apps, and social media. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful consumer communications that drive engagement and elevate brand strength. Success will be measured by your contribution to Nike’s digital business, including increased traffic to owned platform and improved sell-through of key products.
- Develop and execute holistic digital marketing strategies across Nike’s digital channels.
