Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Deck Specialist with a mastery of visual storytelling to serve as the primary engine for our commercial sales materials. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role is heavily weighted toward high-level deck building, and supported by strategic revenue analysis.
The ideal candidate knows how to translate complex offerings into clear, persuasive stories that resonate with senior decision-makers and brand partners.
Responsibilities
- Refresh and elevate our core sales deck into a high-level, modern go-to-market presentation
- Lead end-to-end development of commercial pitch decks
- Shape and refine core narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks aligned with revenue goals
- Develop modular, scalable presentation frameworks that can be easily adapted across partners and verticals
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, leadership, and key stakeholders to understand objectives and deal context
- Incorporate data, insights, and proof points into persuasive, easy-to-digest stories
- Provide direction on visual storytelling, structure, and flow (collaborating with design resources when applicable)
- Conduct high level market research to size potential revenue opportunities for the business
- Ensure all materials are on-brand, concise, and executive-ready
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and deal stage requirements
What You’ll Be Working On
- Creating a refreshed, high-level sales deck
- Building new opportunity decks, such as social-first and sponsorship concepts
- Supporting go-to-market strategy through presentation storytelling
Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven experience creating commercial sales decks, sponsorship decks, or partnership presentations is a MUST
- Previous experience as a consultant, investment banker, or corporate strategy role is preferred
- Strong storytelling skills with a revenue-driven mindset
- Experience working with sales and leadership teams to craft strategic narratives
- Ability to translate business strategy into compelling visual presentations
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end—from concept through final deck
- Graphics, design, or board-level presentation experience preferred
- Experience with revenue strategy or new business opportunity pitches is a plus
- Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a feedback-driven environment
