Game Presentation & Fan Experience Manager
Position Summary
- Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of game-day production materials for all home games, including run of show documents, host and public address (PA) scripts, timing sheets, and broadcast coordination notes.
- Manage seasonal game-day team, including control room operators, in-arena hosts, PA announcers, DJs, hype teams, and game-day assistants.
- Manage the coordination of service contracts and payroll for the game-day team.
- Facilitate pre-game rehearsals and production meetings to ensure cross-departmental alignment and readiness for live execution.
- Oversee all in-game entertainment and presentation elements across all home games, including the integration of video, lighting, audio, graphics, and live talent.
- Collaborate closely with the Hockey Operations team to plan and execute special presentations, ceremonial puck drops, and league-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate with social media, content, and broadcast teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment across platforms.
- Manage the fan experience operating budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
- Experience in live event production, sports entertainment, or game presentation.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale event productions from concept through execution, including scripting, show calling, and cueing technical elements in a live setting.
- Experience managing and motivating event day staff and talent under pressure.
- Strong understanding of in-venue entertainment technologies including audio, video, lighting, and control room operations.
- Familiarity with sponsorship activations, community engagement initiatives, and fan-facing promotions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- This position is based in the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The PWHL does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Candidate must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement, with on-site presence required for home games, rehearsals, and special events, including evenings and weekends.
