Position Summary
The Game Day Assistant provides operational support, assisting with logistics, Fan Experience Packages, accreditation processes, and event-day coordination. Assists in providing a safe, efficient, and professional environment for attendees, groups, and event personnel throughout PWHL Las Vegas home games.
Services
  • Lead the on-site execution of Fan Experience Packages, including group check-in, logistical coordination, and group movements.
  • Ensure all Fan Experience Package offerings are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with PWHL and venue protocols.
  • Support credentialling and check-in processes for media personnel, VIP guests, and talent.
  • Assist with setup and teardown of promotional materials, equipment, prizes and activations.
  • Support distribution of promotional items and giveaways.
  • Collaborate with Game Presentation, Event Operations and venue teams.
  • Provide additional game day support services as mutually agreed upon.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to perform services at 10 to 13 PWHL Las Vegas home games.
  • Outgoing, energetic and comfortable interacting with fans.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with event personnel and deliver services efficiently in a live event environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, reliable and team oriented.
  • Candidate must be able to deliver services on-site.
  • This engagement is based in the United States. Applicants must be legally entitled to provide services as an independent contractor in the United States. The PWHL does not sponsor visas or work authorization for this engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of and passion for the PWHL and hockey.
  • Previous experience in a promotions, marketing, or customer service role.
  • Flexibility to deliver services on evenings, weekends and at select special events as required

The PWHL will not withhold income tax, CPP/EI (Canada), or Social Security/Medicare (U.S.) from contractor payments.
