St. Margaret's Episcopal School is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Girls Lacrosse Coach to lead and develop our girls lacrosse program. The ideal candidate will have expertise in coaching lacrosse, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, competitive, and positive team culture. As Head Coach, you will be responsible for guiding our student-athletes, developing their skills, and ensuring the overall success of the program.

•Develop and implement training plans focused on individual and team development.

•Ensure vertical integration of the Girls Lacrosse program from middle school through varsity

• Coordinate with the athletic trainer and professional community to ensure proper support and student wellness.

• Organize and manage team practices, competitions, and tournament schedules.

• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance staff to ensure readiness of equipment and practice/game spaces.

• Complete all required administrative tasks including rosters, reports, and compliance documentation.

• Attend required league, department, and coaching meetings.
