Production Assistant

The Production Assistant is a part of the logistical backbone of TOGETHXR's physical production operations. This is a role for someone early in their production career who is hungry to learn, highly organized, and thrives in fast-moving environments. Reporting directly to the Sr. Production Coordinator, this person will get hands-on experience across pre-production, shoot days, and wrap, building the foundation for a future role as Production Coordinator or Production Manager. We're looking for someone energized by wearing multiple hats, eager to learn, and a true team player.

SALARY $55-65K
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Pre-Production Support

Assist the Sr. Production Coordinator in building and maintaining shoot schedules, crew calls, and run of show documents.

Help source crew, vendors, and rentals as directed as well as maintaining rolodex for future projects.

Support location research, permit paperwork, and insurance documentation as needed.

Assist with filling out deal memos, talent agreements, and releases under supervision.

Maintain organized Google Drive folders for all active projects, ensuring documents are filed correctly and consistently.

Assist with booking talent and crew travel.

Assist with moving processes forward.
2. On-Set Logistics

Serve as a key logistical support on shoot days, assisting with crew needs, organizing and maintaining client spaces, and assisting with keeping the day on schedule.

Assist with equipment coordination and check-in/check-out processes.

Be a clear, communicative point of contact for crew throughout the shoot day.
3. Wrap & Administrative Support

Collect receipts, timecards, and invoices from crew and vendors following production.

Assist the Sr. Production Coordinator in organizing and uploading all wrap paperwork to proper locations.

Support reconciliation process by tracking and organizing production expenditures.
4. Cross-Team Communication

Assist with internal production updates, calendar management, and status tracking across active projects.

Help ensure clear communication flows between Production, Creative, and Branded teams.

Flag any logistical blockers or issues to the Sr. Production Coordinator promptly.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

0–2 years of production experience; internships, PA, coordinator experience, or related work welcome

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable in Google Drive, Slack, and collaborative project management environments

Eager to learn production language, workflows, and processes from the ground up

Positive, proactive attitude, someone who raises their hand and gets things done

Interest in growing into a Production Coordinator or Production Manager role not a creative.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to California, New York, and most other geographies. The successful applicant's salary depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, without limitation, location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
