UTA seeks a Technology Services Coordinator to support the development of UTA employees’ technical skills. This role ensures a consistent, clear, and impactful flow of information to drive behavioral change and user adoption. The ideal candidate is innovative and passionate about educating employees on the cutting-edge technologies used at UTA. You think creatively and bring forward engaging educational strategies with a solid understanding of diverse learning styles. You are also a strong, patient communicator who can explain complex subjects clearly and effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency.
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Training & User Adoption
Creatively develop, maintain, and implement user adoption strategies to increase end-user usage and comprehension of technology.
Manage and deliver comprehensive technology onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and immediate proficiency with core tools.
Design and facilitate training specifically focused on AI literacy such as best practices for prompt engineering, data security, etc.
Identify opportunities for continued education and update or create training materials to improve clarity and effectiveness.
Plan and support the rollout and adoption of new and existing technology solutions.
Content Development & Communication
Liaise with stakeholders to design and deliver training materials that enable end users to successfully adopt new and existing applications.
Monitor and report on user adoption trends, feedback, and needs to drive continuous improvements.
Ensure clear and consistent communication that aligns with behavioral change and adoption goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with leadership from various departments to ensure user adoption and training strategies align with departmental OKRs and overall IT vision.
Collaborate with Project and Product Managers on departmental projects as assigned.
Collaborate closely with the People team to coordinate onboardings, trainings, etc.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally in a training role.
Clear, innovative writing and oral communication skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to interface and creatively educate across all business groups and through all levels of the organization.
Technical proficiency and adaptability.
Proficiency with AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS); familiarity with EasyLlama or similar platforms is preferred.
Experience in video creation and editing for training content using Camtasia or similar tools.
Curiosity and passion around learning.
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence.
Agility to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
Capacity to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Can think through the impact of organizational change to anticipate needs and communications.
Experience with the core technologies and AI features being used; Zoom, Slack, Box, Asana, a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow, a plus.
Experience with mobile devices; iPhone, Android, iPad, a plus.
Experience with both Windows and Mac operating systems, a plus.
Project coordination or product management experience, a plus.
Entertainment industry and/or agency experience, a plus.
