KLUTCH seeks an Assistant to support the Head of Global Partnerships and Head of Talent Marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for brands and strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the team is positioned for success.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and preparation of materials for meetings

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling invitations, agendas, logistics, and note-taking

• Help facilitate effective communication by sharing relevant updates and insights on clients and recruits with agents and staff

• Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and support implementation of improved workflows and documentation

• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information

• Perform additional duties as needed to support the Head of Global Partnerships, Head of Talent Marketing, as well as the broader team objectives

What You Will Need

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant, preferably in sports, entertainment, or comparable fast-paced business environments

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly

• Genuine passion for brands is essential

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive problem-solver with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
