Compensation

  • $23 – $27 per hour

UTA’s Production Arts department is seeking an Assistant to support the Partner & Co-Head of Production Arts. The team represents an acclaimed roster of production talent, including award-winning directors of photography, producers, production and costume designers, editors, and other key department heads.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This person should excel at managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining strong communication across multiple stakeholders.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23 - $27 per hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage phones, calendars, and meeting logistics, including scheduling internal and external calls and appointments.

  • Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings.

  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and draft accurate written communications.

  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients and partners.

  • Prepare and process monthly expense reports for review and approval.

  • Track and update contracts, client calendars, and payments using detailed tracking systems.

  • Anticipate team needs and develop efficient processes to support business operations.

What You Need

  • Minimum 1+ year of assistant experience; entertainment industry experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not required.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
