UTA seeks an experienced Senior Analyst, People Data to join our dynamic People team. In this role, you will be responsible for the data management and operations within our HRIS, Workday. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical and analytical Workday Operations expertise to help deliver accurate, actionable insights that drive data-driven decision making across the organization.
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
People Data Management
Manage data entry both ad hoc and via EIB (mass transactions) uploads to efficiently process mass changes, test and troubleshoot templates before production loads, analyze impacts, and work with other teams to ensure data accuracy
Maintain data governance, monitor data quality, and be a steward to implement corrective solutions as needed
Participate in people data related and other cross-functional projects as required
Workday Operations
Responsible for managing intake via shared inbox and accountable for all tier 1 support of Workday operations inquiries and requests, including research for resolution of complex Workday issues
Participate in testing for system implementations, upgrades, enhancements including creating comprehensive test plans
Document data-related processes, report specifications, and validation procedures
Workday Reporting
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
Present data in an easy-to-understand format, provide guidance to recipients, and troubleshoot any data errors or issues
Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy
What You Will Need
5+ years of experience operating within Workday HCM
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
At least 1 year of large volume data load (EIB) experience and/or Report Writer experience in Workday is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with solid skills in PowerPoint and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with proven ability to proactively design, improve, and support People Data initiatives and programs
