UTA seeks a Senior Product Manager to help lead the next wave of innovation across the company. In this high‑visibility role, you will shape and scale platforms that unlock new creative opportunities for some of the world’s most influential talent in film, television, and literature. The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Contribute to evaluating and modernizing current systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape a forward‑looking product roadmap for technical innovations across the organization

  • Own the product lifecycle for key technology products and features—from discovery through launch and iteration—ensuring they deliver clear user and business value

  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to define new platforms and tools that support business operations and creative workflows

  • Provide product insights and recommendations that inform technology decisions, operational priorities, and near‑ to mid‑term planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including agents, executives, operations, and engineering—to gather requirements, understand pain points, and ensure a client‑ and creator‑centric product approach

  • Lead or support client demos and internal walkthroughs to align on outcomes, gather feedback, and continuously refine product functionality and user experience

  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to translate business needs into clear product flows, requirements, prototypes, and intuitive experiences

Execution & Delivery

  • Define and maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support agile development and effective sprint planning

  • Maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs, using analytics and feedback to guide prioritization and trade‑off decisions

  • Coordinate across teams to track milestones, manage dependencies, and help ensure releases are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high quality bar

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, manage bug triage and enhancements, and support A/B testing and continuous optimization

Leadership & Team Development

  • Represent your products in cross‑functional meetings and planning sessions, clearly communicating priorities, status, and rationale

What You Will Need

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of products or major features across the full development lifecycle

  • Experience working with data models, APIs, and integration patterns, plus comfort partnering closely with engineering on technical trade‑offs.

  • Experience with data cleanup and migration projects.

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other agile product management tools.

  • Strong familiarity with agile processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Experience in the entertainment, media, or adjacent industries, with an understanding of customer and stakeholder pain points.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn the systems and technology used in day‑to‑day operations.

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

  • Demonstrated success working in evolving or fast‑growing organizations and driving initiatives through ambiguity and change.

  • Excellent analytical and creative problem‑solving skills, with a track record of using data and insights to inform decisions.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and levels
