What is the USAG Creator program? Launched in 2025, the USAG Creator program offers current and recently graduated college and/or elite gymnasts access to major USA Gymnastics events throughout the year as independent creators, providing an opportunity to gain real-world experience and build their portfolios while reaching a broad international audience.

Creative Categories: The USAG Creator Program is open to creators in the areas of Photography, Videography, Editorial Writing, Broadcast/Radio Commentary, and Graphic Design.

Eligibility: Active gymnasts currently enrolled in college or graduated within the last 18 months, or elite athletes transitioning out of the elite level in any discipline are eligible. Must be competing in one of the following gymnastics programs: NCAA, GymACT, NAIGC, or be currently or recently active in a USA Gymnastics club program in any discipline. Show an interest and experience in one of the following areas: Photography, Videography, Editorial Writing, and/or Commentary.

Details: The USAG Creator Program offers access to designated events for the 2026 calendar year for independent creators. With the exception of Graphic Design, Creators will be issued a USA Gymnastics media credential, which will allow access to the competition floor, stands, media tribune and mixed zone when applicable. Credentials are non-transferable and for the Creator’s individual use to develop content for their portfolio and social channels.

In being part of the Creator Program, Creators agree to share content captured at the event(s) with USA Gymnastics for use on USAG social media and digital channels. While on-site, Creators must follow standard venue rules, USAG and Media restrictions, and SafeSport requirements.

New in 2026: In 2026, at select events, a limited number of Creators will receive $500 in reimbursement from USA Gymnastics for receipted, incurred expenses. If an event is offering slots eligible for this expense reimbursement, the number of available slots is listed after each event below* in parentheses. Note that additional Creator slots are open at all events, with Creators who wish to participate responsible for their own travel and expenses.
