HISTORY

This award was instituted in 1981 to recognize annually the support of the USTA mission by its Organization Members. The award is given to the organization that best exemplifies service to the community, service to its members through junior and adult programs and service to the game of tennis. This represents a standard that all Organization Members can strive to achieve.

ELIGIBILITY

1. All nominees must have a current USTA Organizational Membership

2. Any member organization of the USTA that has not received this award in the past seven years is eligible.

3. The nominee provides a service that impacts the community.

4. The nominee provides a service to its members, which demonstrates support of the USTA mission.

5. The nominee provides and promotes activities to strengthen tennis in the community and tennis industry.
