Plaque is sent to the Club, Community Tennis Association (CTA), Park & Recreation Agency (P&R), or local USTA Section for local presentation.

ELIGIBILITY

Club, CTA, or P&R must be a USTA organizational member and must submit documentation proving establishment as a tennis organization of 100 years or more.

CRITERIA

1. Club, CTA or P&R must be in existence as a tennis club, organization or agency for at least 100 years.
2. Club, CTA or P&R must submit documentation (charter) of the date of origin as a tennis club, organization or agency.
3. Club, CTA or P&R must have tennis courts, members, and tennis programs.
4. Club, CTA or P&R must be a USTA organizational member at the present time.

SELECTION PROCESS

Any organization, section or individual may inform the USTA of a tennis club, CTA or P&R that has been established for 100 years.
