Brian Vahaly is serving as USTA Chairman of the Board and President for the 2025-26 term. This is his fifth term on the USTA Board of Directors, where he most recently served as the First Vice President during the 2023-24 term.

Vahaly has served five non-consecutive terms on the USTA Board, having served as the First Vice President, Treasurer, and the Chair of the Audit and Budget Committees. He was also a member of the Investment Committee and the board liaison for the Player Development and Youth Tennis councils. Vahaly played professionally for seven years, reaching a world ranking of No. 64. Vahaly was the only male college graduate in the ATP Top 100 at the time and was the first current or former ATP player to publicly come out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Vahaly attended the University of Virginia, where he became a three-time All-American and reached the NCAA singles final. He was twice named ACC Tennis Player of the Year, graduating as an Academic All-American with a double major in finance and business management.
