The Role

WebTMA Management:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate and timely information in the WebTMA work order system.

Data Management:

  • Collect, organize, and input data into Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Generate reports from data sources to provide insights into departmental performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with Sr Manager, Facility Operations, to ensure alignment with departmental goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance data accuracy and streamline processes.

Cross-Functional Support:

  • Participate in projects and initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • High energy level and strong work ethic, with strong “can-do” demeanor
  • This position is designated as "on-site" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the position.

What We Offer

The expected salary for this position is $18.00 hourly rate.
