The Role
Deliver exceptional athlete, coach, and team experiences across all Global Events, ensuring compliance with governing bodies and consistency of support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage athlete logistics: travel, housing, credentials, medical, and services.
- Oversee player and team communications, compliance, and eligibility.
- Direct outfitting, uniforms, staff apparel, and gifting.
- Supervise on-site athlete services (medical, stringing, warm-up spaces, lounges).
- Ensure accessibility and inclusion for wheelchair and para-athletes.
- Build strong relationships with athletes, captains, and governing bodies
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event project management, operations, or ticketing.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field experience required;
- This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" in Orlando and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time. Please consult HR for the most current policy

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
