The Role

This Assistant will provide excellent customer service to internal and external constituents.

  • Assist with event operations and logistics for camps and special events.
  • Coordinate and schedule webinars and team calls.
  • Provide travel and accommodation logistics support for staff, players, and event participants.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational waiver requirements and Safe Play policies.
  • Maintain accurate player records by entering data and uploading required documentation into the AMS Player Database.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests through Concur.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Manager for Player ID and Pathway Services
  • Support the Head of Player Identification with ongoing projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Provide front desk and reception support, including monitoring access to the USA Tennis building.
  • Perform additional administrative, operational, and event-related duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Skilled in writing and drafting professional correspondence.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Professional, composed, and adaptable demeanor.

The salary for this position is $18.00 per hour. This part-time role averages about 28 hours per week.
