The Washington Spirit are seeking Game Presentation Assistants for the 2026 season and beyond. These Game presentation Assistants will be high-energy individuals who will enhance the overall fan experience and entertainment value at all home Spirit matches at Audi Field. The Game Presentation Assistant operates under the direction of the Events team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as the direct report to the Field Manager during matches, coordinating live elements from pre-game, halftime and post-game.
- Collaborate with the Matchday Host and other VIP recognized individuals during matchday.
- Work closely with the Events team to support Game Presentation elements.
- Delivery Excellent Customer service to enhance the match-day experience.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of elements if needed.
- Help coordinate arrivals and departures of Spirit Stage performers, National Anthem performers and Halftime acts.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidates will reside locally.
- Must be available for all home Spirit matches at Audi Field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in Game Presentation, Marketing, promotions or events is preferred.
- Availability for 50% of Washington Spirit Outside Events.
- Indoor and outdoor work with some exposure to adverse conditions.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of matches and events.
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination prior to employment start date.

- Highly organized, self-motivated, diligent, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable, with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Possess a mature and outgoing disposition when engaging fans, guests, and supporters.
- Effective problem solver and flexible thinker, capable of operating confidently with minimal supervision.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate a passion for the Washington Spirit, women's soccer, and women's sports, with a willingness to continue learning and supporting the organization's mission, values, and goals.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills to enhance the overall fan experience.
