About the Role
X Games is looking for a Director of Fan Growth & Consumer Revenue to help convert the massive global audience of X Games into active fans, ticket buyers, and long-term participants in the X Games ecosystem.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, X Games reaches hundreds of millions of viewers each year. This role is responsible for turning that reach into a real fan platform by growing the fan database, driving ticket demand, launching membership and loyalty programs, and developing new digital fan experiences.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone excited to build the consumer engine behind the next era of X Games.

Responsibilities

Fan Growth Strategy

  • Build and lead the strategy to convert global X Games viewership into active fans
  • Grow the X Games fan database and CRM ecosystem
  • Develop repeatable systems to capture fans across events, content, and digital platforms

Membership & Loyalty Programs

  • Develop and launch X Games membership and loyalty programs
  • Create incentives that drive repeat engagement and event attendance
  • Build fan communities around athletes, teams, and events

Digital Fan Experiences

  • Develop new digital experiences that deepen fan engagement
  • Partner with the digital and content teams to turn viewers into registered fans
  • Support merchandising campaigns and product drops that connect directly with the fan base

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer growth, sports marketing, digital marketing, or fan engagement
  • Experience growing large fan or customer databases
  • Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and digital growth strategies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, youth culture, or live events

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000. Compensation is determined based on factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
