About Us
We’ve entered a new chapter at X Games. With new leadership, fresh momentum, and a clear vision, we’re building what’s next for action sports. Backed by MSP Sports Capital and ESPN/Disney, now operating as an independent company, we’re scaling fast—launching our league, expanding our events, pushing content forward, and building a global home for athletes and fans who live this culture.
Are you ready to XPLORE? 👀
XPLORE is X Games’ internship program built to give early-career talent real work, real ownership, and real exposure to how a global sports and media brand operates.
This isn’t your typical internship. You won’t be grabbing coffee — you’ll be contributing to live events, partnerships, media, operations, and more, working alongside the team that brings X Games to life. If you’re curious, driven, and ready to learn fast while making an impact… this is your shot! We’re looking for curious, driven individuals who want to learn fast, take initiative, and be part of building what’s next.
