World Tour - Chengdu
USA Basketball
Team Miami are off and running on the 2026 FIBA 3x3 Men’s World Tour, kicking off the season with consecutive weekends on the circuit. After reaching the quarterfinals last week, the squad now shifts to Chengdu, China, for stop two.
The Competition
Team Miami enter the weekend as the No. 2 overall seed in a stacked 12-team field, trailing only Ub (Serbia).
Miami open Pool B play on Friday with matchups against Shinagawa (Japan) at 10 p.m. ET, followed by Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy (Mongolia) at 11:50 p.m. ET. A top two finish in Group B would send Miami into Saturday’s knockout rounds — a first-place finish in the pool would set up a 4 a.m. ET quarterfinals contest against the runner-up from Group D, while finishing second would place Miami in a 3:30 a.m. ET quarterfinal.
The semifinals are scheduled to start at 7:20 a.m. ET on Sunday, with the tournament’s final set for 8:50 a.m. ET.
Shinagawa are ranked No. 11 ahead , while Ulaanbaatar enter as the No. 8 seed. Skyliners (Germany) and Liman (Serbia) are the only two teams in the field that Miami have already faced this season, falling to both last week in Utsunomiya..
Team Miami
Riley Battin, Henry Caruso, Mitch Hahn and Dylan Travis, will take the halfcourt for Miami’s second outing. Elements of this quartet built up a strong foundation over multiple stops on the tour last season and last played together in the final ride of 2025, the Manama Final in November. The four of them won three events together last year. Caruso and Travis all played last weekend in the World Tour’s launch at the Utsunomiya Opener joined by Team Miami newcomer Riley Battin.
Last week, Team Miami newcomer Battin, scored 6 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in the season opener. Earlier this spring, he was part of the USA team that won gold at the FIBA 3x3 Champions Cup.
Caruso is coming off of a breakout 2025 season, where he emerged as one of the top 3x3 players in the world, played in 77 contests - the most of any USA player - and earned USA Basketball’s 3x3 Male Athlete of the Year honor after a jam-packed nine months of competition.
Travis, a three-year veteran of the Tour, was a member of the 2024 U.S. Olympic 3x3 Team. As a four-time gold medalist at international events, including multiple FIBA AmeriCup and Pan American competitions, Travis has steadily been a high-impact player and steady scorer on the circuit.
Hahn, the group’s resident big man, brings a rare blend of size and range to the group. He anchors the defense in the paint and stretches the floor in the offensive halfcourt as a knockdown perimeter shooter. This season marks his third season with Team Miami.
Parrott rounds out the crew as a high-energy glue player whose athleticism shows up in game-changing ways - whether it’s a highlight-worthy dunk at the rim or a crowd-igniting block. He’s a two-time gold medalist at the 2024 FiBA 3x3 AmeriCup and most recently at the 2025 FIBA 3x3 Champions Cup in March.
Last Time Out
Team Miami opened their 2026 pro circuit campaign at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour opener in Utsunomiya last weekend. After advancing out of Saturday’s pool play, the group
ultimately fell in a battle with the eventual tournament champions Liman (Serbia) in the quarterfinal.
